PM Modi Conferred Uzbekistan’s “Oliy Darajali Do‘stlik” Order
Context
During his State Visit to Uzbekistan on 29–30 August 2026, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was conferred the “Oliy Darajali Do‘stlik” Order by Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev at the Kuksaroy Residence in Tashkent. It is Uzbekistan’s highest state honour for foreign leaders and recognises contributions to strengthening friendship between the two countries.
