Context
The PM Street Vendor’s AtmaNirbhar Nidhi (PM SVANidhi) has completed one year of its restructured phase. During this period, 10.56 lakh new beneficiaries were brought into the formal credit system. Around 21.86 lakh loans worth ₹6,294 crore were disbursed, showing the growing reach of institutional finance among street vendors.
